We’re excited to share the enchanting wedding of Megan and Dan, who were married at the stunning Stanlake Park Vineyard in Twyford. With the crispness of late September in the air, the vineyard provided a picturesque backdrop for a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
The Bride
Megan was pure radiance in her exquisite long-sleeved wedding dress, Poppy by Sassi Holford. Covered in delicate pearls, the dress was perfectly complemented by Megan’s cathedral length, simple British tulle veil. Poppy also featured detachable sleeves, which allowed Megan to transition seamlessly from ceremony to celebration.
The Dreamy Venue
Stanlake Park is a hidden gem, a venue that we work very closely with, and are proud to be preferred supplier at, which is how the lovely Megan found Your Story.
Megan’s wedding dress was the perfect choice for the backdrop of Stanlake Park, and everything had been meticulously chosen to complement each element throughout the day. The couple’s colour scheme was a perfect nod to the beauty of autumn. Rich reds, soft pinks, and lush greens were woven throughout the décor. A stunning flower arch adorned the ceremony area, framing the couple as they exchanged vows. The reception tables were equally beautiful, featuring gorgeous floral arrangements, red candlesticks and long, rustic trestle tables that invited conversation among guests and instantly created a relaxed atmosphere.
Personal Touches
Megan and Dan wanted a day full of personal touches and things to remember, this included a celebrant-led ceremony – and Steph by Splendid Ceremonies delivered a relaxed and intimate ceremony for Megan, Dan and their guests.
Whilst the ceremony was taking place, there was an incredible live artist capturing it all. Owen Mathers added the artistic flair to the day by producing a stunning painting of the couples special moment.
After the ceremony it was time for some entertainment, and of course Megan and Dan had thought of it all – their guests had an entire crazy golf course to keep them busy!
And one final special touch were the favours, delicious brownies made by the couples brother-in-law himself!
Megan and Dan’s wedding at Stanlake Park was a breathtaking beautiful day, the stunning décor and thoughtful details made it a day the couple, and their guests won’t ever forget.
Of course, Megan completely stole the show in her stunning Sassi Holford wedding dress, and it really is so special when we have a bride so happy and confident in her dress that it shines through in each and every photograph we see.
