Real Bride! A Vibrant Wedding at Anran: Lauren and Marcus Tie the Knot

Nearly a year on from their wedding (happy anniversary guys!!) we thought we would share the beautiful details from Lauren and Marcus’ wedding at Anran, Devon.

So… if you are a fan of colour, particularly in weddings, then look no further – here is your official colourful wedding inspo! The gorgeous Lauren and her groom Marcus, celebrated their love with a stunning wedding at Anran in Devon. The picturesque venue provided the perfect backdrop for their memorable day, filled with vibrant colours and beautiful settings.

Lauren looked radiant in her Zoie wedding dress by Evie Young. The simplicity against the backdrop of the venue was everything. The square neckline and thin straps looked divine on Lauren, and the buttons down the back added a touch of classic sophistication. For later in the day, Lauren added some incredible detachable organza sleeves, seamlessly transitioning her look from the ceremony to the reception. Our amazing seamstress, Joanna Roberts Bridal, tweaked these sleeves to give the perfect look for Lauren, and they of course turned out perfectly!

The couple opted for a colourful theme with bold orange and pink tones which gave way to a celebration filled with vibrant hues. The confetti shot in particular, captured the amazing vibrancy of their colour palette, creating a picture-perfect moment.

The ceremony was held outdoors, offering breath taking views of the Devonshire countryside. Surrounded by natural beauty, Lauren and Marcus exchanged their vows in an intimate and picturesque setting.

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a drinks reception in a charming courtyard, creating a relaxed atmosphere, with some of the speeches actually taking place at that point too. The reception took place in a greenhouse filled with lush plants, with amazing light flowing through, and it looked like an unforgettable wedding breakfast.
